Verizon Awards MEP Digital Literacy Grant

 MEP and the Verizon Foundation announced a new partnership to provide digital literacy programs to the southwest Detroit community and to Mercy Ed’s students. Verizon awarded $100,000 toward this new, two-year effort to provide digital literacy courses at the MEP offices and to extend the internet and provide computers to the homes of MEP’s 150+ students.
